In 2008, I was looking for a cheap airfare to travel to Syria and found Air Arabia to be the right place. The service from ticketing to the actual flight was so smooth. Since then, Air Arabia has been my choice every time I'd like to travel elsewhere. Air Arabia (Port Saeed) has even helped me to secure a visit visa for a friend who wanted to visit Dubai. Cheap airfare and excellent service... HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!

Easiest method to have your family visit the UAE.. Lovely Visa services.. Easy, simple and a 15min sitting for the entire process. Thank you Air Arabia

Amazing customer service, call centre personnels very helpful and go out of their way to help you, airport staff very friendly to a point that makes you think how can this be only a low cost airline. Only hope that they come up with an entertainment system on board, as it could get a little boring on long flights.
